Our beef is…

  • bred and raised on the farm without the use of antibiotics and hormones

  • grass fed and grain finished (ground ear corn and hay)

  • USDA inspected

  • cooled and aged properly for a minimum of two weeks

  • sold vacuum wrapped and quick frozen to keep in the flavor

 

Buric Angus Beef is sold by the 1/8, 1/4, 1/2 sides and whole. Our standard cut is a boneless cut. We can offer custom cut with a minimum order of 1/4 side. Call for current price(s).

We also sell ground beef in 1 pound packages; stew meat in 1 pound packages; and filet steaks and filet tips. Call for current price(s) and for availability.
